The 2012 legislative session convened on January 11, 2012.

We have begun to post information related to bills following the action taken by the Legislative Council. Please use the above link to Legislation and Regulation for that information.

The information concerning bills of interest is current as of the Legislature's close of business, Thursday, February 2, 2012. Due to the impending snow storm, the General Assembly did not meet on Friday, February 3, 2012.

Prescription Medications in the Water Supply

In conjunction with Colorado Recycles, we have developed an informational paper concerning the proper disposal of unused medications in order to minimize the amount of prescription medications and personal products that are finding their way into the municipal wastewater system.
